The ODR-103 form is used to notify parties that a small claims case will be resolved through San Joaquin Superior Court's online dispute resolution program instead of a traditional in-person court hearing. Small claims plaintiffs or defendants who have a case filed in San Joaquin County would receive or need to file this form to understand that they'll resolve their dispute online.
