# DV Misdemeanor Plea Form (CR-102) This form is used when someone charged with a domestic violence misdemeanor wants to enter a plea (guilty, not guilty, or no contest) in Glenn County Superior Court. A person would need this form if they've been arrested or cited for a domestic violence crime and are ready to tell the court how they want to plead.
