# Time Waiver Form A Time Waiver form allows a defendant to agree that the court can proceed with their case without following the normal strict time deadlines that usually apply to criminal cases. A defendant would use this form when they want to give the court permission to take extra time to prepare or handle their case without the case being dismissed due to time limits.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
