The Packet Cover Sheet (MCH-103) is a document that organizes and identifies all the papers being submitted together in a family law case, such as a divorce, custody, or child support matter. Anyone filing paperwork with Mendocino Superior Court in a family law case would need to use this form to list what documents they're including so the court can track everything properly.
