The TR-320 form is used by people who have received a traffic ticket or other minor infraction and cannot afford to pay the fine to request the court reduce the fine amount or set up a payment plan. Someone would need this form if they've been cited for a traffic violation or infraction and genuinely lack the money to pay the penalty in full.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
