The MNC-101 is a cover page that goes on top of a stack of court documents to organize and identify everything you're submitting to Mendocino Superior Court. Anyone filing papers with the court—whether you're suing someone, responding to a lawsuit, requesting a restraining order, or handling any other court matter—needs to use this form to clearly list what documents are included in your submission.
