# Waiver of Defendant's Physical or Remote Appearance (SIE-0034) This form allows a defendant to skip showing up to court in person or by video call for their case. A defendant who has agreed to plead guilty, doesn't dispute the charges, or whose lawyer says it's okay to miss the hearing would use this form.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
