The MFL-102 is a cover page that organizes and identifies all the documents someone is submitting to the court as a single package or filing. Someone representing themselves in a court case (called a self-represented litigant) would use this form to make sure the court receives and processes their paperwork correctly.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
