Verified current as of July 19, 2026
The Stipulation and Order Form is used when two sides in a court case agree on something and want the judge to approve and officially enforce that agreement without going to trial. Either party involved in a civil lawsuit—such as someone suing for money, custody, or other disputes—would use this form to finalize their mutual agreement through the court.
