# Declaration and Order for Release of Exhibits (SB-13) This form is used to request the return of physical items (like weapons, money, or personal property) that were taken as evidence in a court case after the case is finished. Someone who had their belongings seized by police or submitted as evidence would use this form to get their items back from the court.
