The Meet and Confer Statement is used to show that two sides in a court case have talked to each other and tried to resolve their disagreement before asking the judge to get involved. Either a lawyer or a person representing themselves in an Orange County Superior Court case would need to file this form when they want to bring a dispute before the judge.
