# Pre-Plea Mental Health Diversion Order (CR-76) This form is used to allow someone accused of a crime to enter a mental health treatment program instead of going through the regular criminal court process. A person would need this form if they have a mental health condition that contributed to their alleged crime and they qualify for diversion, meaning they can get treatment help while the criminal charges are potentially dismissed if they complete the program successfully.
