This form allows a buyer and seller in a real estate transaction to agree that the buyer will skip the standard 10-day waiting period after signing a purchase agreement, letting the deal close faster. A buyer would use this form when they want to speed up the home purchase process and are willing to give up their right to cancel the deal during that 10-day cooling-off period.
