# SIE-0031 Request to Appear in Person and Order Thereon This form is used when someone wants to ask the court for permission to appear in person at a hearing instead of appearing remotely or by other means. A person would use this form if they have a case in Sierra Superior Court and believe they need to be physically present in the courtroom rather than participating by phone or video.
