The CV-07 form allows someone who has already filed a lawsuit to make changes or add new information to their original complaint without having to start over from scratch. A person who filed a case would use this form if they discovered new facts, made mistakes in their original paperwork, or needed to add new claims or defendants to their lawsuit.
