# Order for Diversion Evaluation This form is used to send someone accused of a crime to be evaluated to see if they qualify for a diversion program, which is an alternative to going through the regular court process. A person would need this form if they've been charged with a crime in Napa County and the judge or prosecutor believes they might be a good candidate to resolve their case outside of traditional prosecution.
