The LK-910 is used to confirm that you have completed all necessary preparation for your court trial and are ready to proceed on your scheduled trial date. This form is needed by people involved in a case (typically those representing themselves or their attorneys) who want to officially tell the court that they have gathered their evidence, witnesses, and documents and are prepared to go to trial.
