The Alternative Dispute Resolution Package is used to help people resolve disagreements outside of a full court trial by using methods like mediation or arbitration. Someone would need this form if they have a court case and want to try working out their dispute with the other person with help from a neutral third party, rather than having a judge make the final decision.
