# DUI Plea Form First Offense (PRU-100) This form is used by someone who has been charged with driving under the influence for the first time and wants to plead guilty to the charge in Sierra County Superior Court. A person would need this form if they've been arrested for a first-time DUI and have decided to accept responsibility rather than go to trial.
