The Pretrial Statement is a form where a person involved in a court case summarizes the main facts, legal issues, and what they hope to achieve before the case goes to trial. Attorneys, self-represented litigants, or their representatives preparing for a pretrial conference or settlement discussion would use this form to present their position to the judge and the other side.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
