Respondent’s Notice Designating Record on Appeal

The APP-110 form is used by the person defending against an appeal (the respondent) to tell the court which documents and evidence from the lower court case they want included in the appeal file. The respondent would use this form when someone else has appealed a court decision and they want to make sure their side of the case is properly documented in the appeal.
