This form is used by El Dorado Superior Court to maintain a roster of people who are available and willing to serve as arbitrators to help resolve disputes between parties outside of a full court trial. Attorneys, mediators, retired judges, or other qualified individuals who want to volunteer as arbitrators would need to complete this form to get on the court's list.
