Stipulation and Order to Participate in ADR

This form is used when both sides in a court case agree to try Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), which is a way to settle disagreements outside of trial, such as through mediation or arbitration. Either party in an active lawsuit at El Dorado Superior Court would need to use this form if they want the judge to officially approve their agreement to participate in ADR.
