Request for Increase/Decrease in Bail

This form is used to ask the court to change the amount of money a defendant must pay to be released from jail while waiting for trial. Either the prosecution can use it to request a higher bail amount, or the defendant can use it to request a lower bail amount that they can actually afford to pay.
