The MFL-120 is a cover page that organizes and identifies all the documents being submitted together in a court filing packet to Mendocino Superior Court. Someone filing papers with the court—such as a person representing themselves in a case, an attorney, or a court clerk—would use this form to list what documents are included and make sure everything is properly organized when submitted.
