This form allows a tenant being evicted to tell the court about any agreements they made with their landlord that might stop or delay the eviction, such as promises to pay back rent or fix problems with the rental unit. A tenant who has an unlawful detainer (eviction) case filed against them would use this form to present these agreements as a defense.
