# Can't Afford to Pay Fine Forms This form is used when someone has been ordered to pay a fine but cannot afford to pay it all at once, allowing them to request a payment plan or ask the court to reduce or remove the fine. A person would need this form if they've been convicted of a crime or violation in Mono Superior Court and the judge has given them a fine that they don't have the money to pay.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
