Order to Renew Domestic Violence Restraining Order (CLETS)

This form is used to extend a domestic violence restraining order that is about to expire, keeping the court's protection order active for an additional period of time. Someone who has an existing restraining order protecting them from an abusive partner, family member, or household member would use this form when their current order is nearing its end date and they still need the protection to continue.
