Request for Hearing Regarding Registration of Out-of-State or Tribal Custody Order

This form allows someone to request a court hearing to challenge or dispute a custody order that was made in another state or by a tribal court and is being registered in California. Parents or guardians use it when they believe the out-of-state or tribal custody order should not be enforced in California or needs to be modified.
