# Order for Publication (Español) This form is used when someone needs to notify a defendant in a court case but cannot find them or deliver papers to them directly, so the court allows the notice to be published in a newspaper instead. A person filing a lawsuit would use this form when they've tried other ways to reach the defendant and need the judge's permission to publish the legal notice publicly.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
