Provisional Qualification of Noncertified or Nonregistered Spoken Language Interpreter

This form allows courts to temporarily qualify an interpreter who doesn't have standard certification or registration to provide spoken language interpretation services in legal proceedings. Courts and parties use this form when a certified interpreter isn't available but an interpreter is needed to ensure fair access to the judicial process for people who don't speak English.
