The ADOPT-210 form is used to document an agreement between adoptive parents and the biological parent(s) or legal guardian(s) about the terms of an adoption in Imperial County. Birth parents, adoptive parents, or guardians involved in an adoption case would need to complete this form to finalize their mutual understanding of the adoption process.
