# Notice of Entry of Judgment (JDMT-02) This form is used to officially notify all parties involved in a case that a judge has made a final decision and entered a judgment in the court record. Anyone who was involved in the lawsuit—whether they won or lost—needs to receive this notice so they know the case outcome and understand their rights regarding appeals or other next steps.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
