# Declaration and Order to Terminate Diversion/Drug Diversion This form is used to officially end a person's participation in a drug diversion program, which is an alternative to prosecution where someone completes treatment and counseling instead of going through the regular criminal court process. A person would use this form if they have successfully completed their diversion program requirements and want to get a record of that completion, or if they need to exit the program early for documented reasons.
