Form L-0776 is used by people who have received a traffic ticket or other minor infraction and cannot afford to pay the fine to request that the court reduce the fine, set up a payment plan, or allow them to do community service instead. Anyone who has been cited for a traffic violation or infraction and lacks the money to pay the full penalty would use this form.
