# Request for Remote Appearance (SIE-0035) This form allows someone involved in a court case in Sierra County Superior Court to ask permission to appear in court by video or phone instead of showing up in person. People who live far away, have transportation problems, or face other hardships that make it difficult to travel to the courthouse would use this form.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
