A Property Bond is used when someone arrested needs to be released from jail but doesn't have cash to post bail, so they offer real estate they own as a guarantee they'll return to court instead. A property owner who has been arrested or a family member who owns property would use this form to pledge their house or land as security to get the arrested person released.
