# Can't Afford to Pay Fine Forms This form is used by people who have been ordered to pay a fine but don't have the money to pay it all at once, allowing them to request a payment plan or ask the court to reduce or cancel the fine. Anyone who received a traffic ticket, criminal fine, or other court-ordered payment and genuinely cannot afford it would use this form to explain their financial situation to the judge.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
