This form is used to ask the court to schedule a meeting to discuss the current status of a family law case or to work toward resolving disputes between family members with help from a mediator or court officer. Parents, guardians, or other family members involved in custody, support, or other family court cases would use this form when they want to check on their case progress or try to settle disagreements outside of a full trial.
