The Workplace Violence Packet is used to get a court order that protects someone from being harassed, threatened, or physically hurt by a coworker or someone else connected to their workplace. A person would need this form if they are being bullied, threatened, or attacked at work and want the court to order the other person to stop contact and stay away from them.
