# Language Access Service Complaint (Español) This form is used to file a complaint when someone at Modoc Superior Court fails to provide proper language interpretation or translation services that a person needs to understand court proceedings. Someone who speaks Spanish (or another language besides English) and did not receive adequate help understanding what was happening in court would use this form to report the problem.
