# Stipulation and Order (SIE-0024) This form is used when both parties in a court case agree to settle their dispute without going to trial, and they want the judge to officially approve their agreed-upon solution. People involved in civil lawsuits—such as those dealing with contracts, property, or money disputes—would use this form to document their settlement agreement.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
