# Alternative Dispute Resolution Package - Tulare Superior Court The Alternative Dispute Resolution Package is used to help people resolve disputes outside of a regular court trial through methods like mediation or arbitration, which are faster and often less expensive than going to court. Anyone involved in a civil case (such as a disagreement over money, contracts, or property) in Tulare County Superior Court would use this form if they want to try settling their dispute with help from a neutral third party instead of having a judge decide the case.
