The PJV-27 form is used by Fresno Superior Court to decide whether a person accused of a crime is eligible and suitable to participate in a Victim-Offender Reconciliation Program (VORP), which allows the offender and victim to meet and discuss the harm caused. A person who has been arrested or charged with a crime would need this form if they want to try to resolve their case through this restorative justice program instead of traditional court proceedings.
