The "Exhibit Labels" form is used to create organized, numbered tabs or stickers that clearly identify and separate physical evidence or documents being presented in a court case. Lawyers, self-representing people in lawsuits, and other parties involved in court cases use this form to make sure all their exhibits are easy for the judge to find and review during proceedings.
