Form AC-014 is used when a defendant fails to respond to a lawsuit, allowing the plaintiff to request a judgment against them and calculate any remaining money owed after selling collateral or other assets. A creditor or lender pursuing a debt collection case where the borrower hasn't answered the court papers would use this form.
