Stipulation for Continuance
Imperial Superior Court · Court Local Forms
Verified current as of July 25, 2026
The FL-21 form is used by both parties in a court case to agree together to push back their court date to a later time without needing the judge to decide. Either a person representing themselves or their lawyer would file this form when both sides agree they need more time to prepare for their case or resolve the matter.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
