The CR-11 form is used by someone who posted bail in Imperial County to ask the court for permission to pay back their bail money in monthly installments instead of all at once, or to address a situation where bail money might be lost to the court. A defendant or someone who paid bail on behalf of a defendant would use this form if they cannot afford to pay the full bail amount immediately and need a payment plan.
