The GV-109 is a form used to request a temporary restraining order or protective order in cases involving domestic violence, harassment, stalking, or threats. Someone who has been threatened, harassed, or abused by another person would use this form to ask a court to legally order that person to stay away from them and stop the harmful behavior.
