Request to Drop or Continue Hearing, Long Cause Hearing or Trial by Stipulation

This form is used by people involved in a court case to ask the judge if they can cancel a scheduled hearing or trial, or if they want to move forward with it even though both sides have agreed on the outcome. Either the person suing (plaintiff) or the person being sued (defendant) would use this form when they need to change their court date or when they've settled their case and want to finalize it quickly.
